HJ Victory Plaque in Case. "1939 Dem Sieger Bann U. Untergau Sportfest Gebiet Baden" (To the winner Bann and Untergau sports festival Baden area, 1939). Solid construction measuring 56mm x 75mm, made of non-ferrous metal with partial silver plating. The reverse is marked "B.H. Mayer Pforzheim" and the case has the manufacturer sticker. RARE
