Women's Long Service Award of the National Labour Service, 3rd class (12 years), obverse depicts two barley ears projecting at an angle with a Swastik centred between them. The reverse is identical to the men's, an oak leaf wreath around the outer edge with the inscription "Für treue Dienste im Reichsarbeitsdienst," which means "For Honoured Service in the National Labour Service."
