1939 Reichssieger National Winner's Certificate, rare document as only 250 were awarded in 1939 at the Reich level. Document comes with original cardboard sleeve with Recipients name written on the cover. Document hand signed by both Dr. Robert Ley and Baldur Von Schirach.
