Service ID for a member of the SS Totenkopf Unit issued to Unterscharführer Willi Welter, signed by Dachau Camp commander Oberführer Hans Loritz. Welter photo ID shows him wearing the "K" collar tab. The green linen ID card is punched, folded in the middle and otherwise only slightly used. Very rare.
