Sturmabteilung Braunhemd. Rank for Sturmführer of Standarte 136 of Brigade 71, SA Group Niederrhein based in Köln. Double 4mm sleeve stripes indicate joining SA between January and December 1931. Grey underlay of the bullion shoulderboard indicates an SA foot unit. This brownshirt is in excellent condition, having only been in one other collection since the war.
